Tour Plan :

01
Day 1: Agadir – Taroudant

Meet your driver in Agadir and begin with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast before exploring Agadir itself—visit the kasbah ruins for panoramic views, stroll the beachfront promenade, and perhaps stop at Souk El Had. Later, head inland through the fertile Souss Valley to the charming walled town of Taroudant, often called “Little Marrakech.” Explore its quiet medina, its colorful souks famous for silver and Berber jewelry, and walk along the old ramparts. Enjoy dinner in a traditional riad tucked inside the medina, where the peaceful pace of Taroudant allows for a soft landing into Morocco’s heart. Overnight stay in Taroudant.

02
Day 2: Taroudant – Taliouine – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, depart Taroudant and travel toward the saffron-producing town of Taliouine. Here, learn about saffron cultivation and perhaps stop at a local cooperative. Continue through the foothills of the Anti-Atlas Mountains toward Taznakht, known for Berber carpets, before reaching the stunning ksar of Ait Ben Haddou—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through its narrow mudbrick lanes and climb to the top for sweeping views. Then drive a short distance to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco,” where films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones were filmed. Visit the cinematic Taourirt Kasbah or just relax in your riad. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

03
Day 3: Ouarzazate – Skoura – Rose Valley – Dades Valley

This morning, explore the lush Skoura Oasis, home to palm groves and hidden kasbahs like the beautifully restored Kasbah Amridil. From there, journey through the Valley of Roses, especially fragrant in spring, and stop in the town of Kelaat M’Gouna, known for its rosewater distilleries. Continue through the dramatic Dades Valley, often called the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs. Marvel at red-rock gorges, fortified villages, and winding mountain roads. Pause for photos at the famous serpentine curves of the Dades Gorge. Spend the evening at a boutique guesthouse nestled in the valley, surrounded by rose gardens and dramatic scenery.

04
Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga (Desert)

Depart the Dades Valley after breakfast and travel east to the Todra Gorges—towering canyon walls that reach up to 300 meters. Take a gentle walk through the gorge or enjoy mint tea at a riverside café. Then continue through the changing desert landscapes toward the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi near Merzouga. Upon arrival, switch to camels for a magical ride over the dunes as the sun begins to set. Spend the evening in a luxury desert camp, where local music, delicious food, and starlit skies create an unforgettable Sahara experience. Overnight in a comfortable tent amid the dunes.

05
Day 5: Merzouga – Sahara Exploration Day

Awake early to watch the sun rise over the golden dunes, a moment of peace and beauty. After breakfast, spend the day exploring the Sahara region: visit nomadic Berber families, see ancient fossil beds, and explore the black desert near Khamlia, where you can enjoy live Gnawa music. You might also visit a palm grove or relax at your desert camp. Optional activities include sandboarding, quad biking, or simply resting in the serenity of the desert. As the sun sets again, enjoy another evening of traditional music and Moroccan cuisine. Overnight again in your luxury camp under the stars.

06
Day 6: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fes

Leave the desert behind and begin your journey north, passing through the Ziz Valley with its lush palm groves and dramatic rock formations. Stop in Midelt for lunch, nestled between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains. Continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may spot Barbary macaques, then pass through the alpine-style town of Ifrane, known for its clean streets and European architecture. Arrive in Fes by late afternoon. Settle into your riad in the heart of the old medina and relax before tomorrow’s full exploration of one of Morocco’s oldest and most spiritual cities.

07
Day 7: Fes – Exploring the Spiritual Capital

Today is dedicated to discovering Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco. With a local guide, dive into the labyrinthine medina, Fes el-Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the 9th-century Al Quaraouiyine University, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the tanneries with their iconic dye pits. Explore souks filled with traditional crafts: leather, ceramics, brassware, and textiles. Pause for a traditional Fassi lunch, then visit the Royal Palace gates and the Jewish quarter (Mellah). The day ends with tea on a rooftop overlooking the medina. Return to your riad for a relaxing evening. Overnight in Fes.

08
Day 8: Fes – Volubilis – Meknes – Rabat

Leave Fes in the morning and head toward the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Wander through ancient mosaics and arches, a vivid reminder of Morocco’s layered history. Continue to Meknes, the former imperial city of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Visit the grand Bab Mansour gate, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the Heri es-Souani royal granaries. After lunch, continue to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital. Upon arrival, visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas, perched above the Atlantic. Enjoy a quiet dinner by the sea and stay overnight in a stylish riad in Rabat.

09
Day 9: Rabat-Casablanca

After breakfast in Rabat, enjoy a relaxed morning exploring more of the capital, perhaps strolling through the medina or along the oceanfront. Then continue the short drive to Casablanca, Morocco’s bustling economic hub. Upon arrival, visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque—one of the largest mosques in the world, with its dramatic oceanfront setting and exquisite craftsmanship. Depending on your time and interest, you may also visit the Art Deco district or sip coffee at Rick’s Café, inspired by the film Casablanca. Spend your final evening soaking up the city’s energy. Overnight in Casablanca near the Atlantic coast.
