Said Amraoui
A Specialist Tour Operator Since 2007
Deep Morocco Tours was founded in 2007 by Said Amraoui, inspired by a genuine love for Morocco’s landscapes, culture, and traditions.

Raised in the Sahara Desert, Said gained a deep understanding of desert life, local customs, and Morocco’s diverse regions from an early age. He has worked in the tourism industry for over two decades, guiding both individual and group travellers and serving as an in-country agent for national and international travel companies. Since 2003, Said has been involved in tourism, travel, and environmental projects, with a strong focus on authenticity and responsible travel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Tourism and Languages.

Through Deep Morocco Tours, Said shares his knowledge and passion by creating personalised journeys that offer meaningful, well-paced experiences across Morocco—rooted in culture, comfort, and local insight.
Omar Amraoui
Driver & Guide
Omar grew up in Tafraout, a quiet village in southern Morocco, and from an early age developed a strong bond with the desert regions of the country, particularly the sweeping landscapes of Merzouga. His curiosity and commitment to learning led him beyond his hometown, completing his secondary education in Rissani before graduating in Physics from the University of Meknes.

Despite his academic background, Omar felt most at home exploring Morocco’s roads and sharing its stories with others. He joined Deep Morocco Tours in 2018, bringing with him a thoughtful approach to guiding, combined with a natural ease with people.

Calm, knowledgeable, and engaging, Omar is known for creating relaxed and meaningful journeys. He takes pride in helping travellers experience Morocco in an authentic way, ensuring each journey feels personal, memorable, and true to the spirit of the places visited.
